Two ways to belong
Brotherhood and Social Members
Brotherhood Member
Earned through interview, evaluation, and induction
Brotherhood Members run the club. They hold the governance vote, operate the space, and carry out BDC's service work in the community.
Social Member
Apply online · board approval
Social Members come to play, compete, and be part of the community. Membership includes access to the space and events, with no role in governance or operations.
Social Members are always welcome to pursue the Brotherhood path through the normal interview and evaluation process.

- Discounted entry to tournaments and paid events
- Priority registration for events with limited seats
- Two guest visits per month
- A members-only tournament or league night each month
- Digital member card (coming soon)
Founding rate · seats 1–81
$36/month
or $360/year (two months free). Locked for as long as your membership stays continuous, plus your name on the founders' wall at HQ and on bdclub.org.
Standard rate · after seat 81
$45/month
or $450/year (two months free).
Dues are paid by Zelle after your application is approved. Dues pay for membership benefits and are not a tax-deductible donation.
Code of conduct
How we play together
- 1.Treat every member, guest, and volunteer with respect.
- 2.No wagering or gambling of any kind on the premises.
- 3.No drugs, weapons, or abusive language.
- 4.Follow the directions of Brotherhood Members running the space.
- 5.Leave the tables and the space better than you found them.
- 6.The board may suspend or cancel any membership for violations.
Social Members must be 21 or older. BDC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit; the no-wagering rule protects our status and our insurance coverage.
